Payout 0 / 1 / 2 / 10 / 11 / 30 are pending, not successful. 20 is success; 40 / 41 / 43 indicate failure, cancellation or expiration; 44 is refund/reversal, not success.

Status 43: important details

• It means the payment window expired, not guaranteed permanent payment failure.
• There is no common 24-hour or 48-hour cutoff after which success becomes impossible.
• Later payment confirmation can change it to 20; a success notification is triggered when notify_url is configured, and query reflects the update.
• Automatic PayIn expiration itself currently does not send a negative callback. Without later confirmation, 43 may remain unchanged.

Query not found: 203006

203006 means no returnable order was found for the current merchant and query. It is not an order status or a promise that the order can never appear. Supplying two IDs that do not identify the same order can also produce no result.

If an earlier creation outcome was uncertain, provide the original order ID and request_id for reconciliation. A single not-found response cannot guarantee that no future order or callback will exist.

Notification status is separate

Order status=20 with notify_status=3 means payment succeeded but notification failed, not payment failure.
