Too many requests

If you receive HTTP 429 or code=100429, wait for the interval indicated by the Retry-After response header before retrying. Avoid immediate repeated retries. Contact the integration team if the error persists.

Uncertain creation outcome

A creation timeout, disconnection or HTTP 500 does not establish that order creation failed. Query using the original tenant_order_no; contact the integration team if the outcome remains unclear. See the relevant creation endpoint for duplicate-submission handling.

Information for support

Provide the merchant order ID, platform order ID if available, request_id, request time, and redacted request and response bodies. Do not send app_secret or any other real secret.
